Q: Do you accept self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA managed NDIS participants?
A: Yes. Self-managed and plan-managed participants are welcome. For NDIA-managed, contact us to confirm next steps.
Q: Do you accept other forms of funding?
A: Yes. Private and Medicare are welcome. You do not need to be on the NDIS
Q: Can Support Coordinators contact you directly?
A: Yes — Support Coordinators are welcome to contact us for availability, intake questions, and referral guidance.
Q: Where do you provide services?
A: We support people across Greater Newcastle and surrounding areas. Currently we operate out of Warners Bay, we have office yet, but come to you. Contact us to confirm availability for your suburb.
