How support works
Step 1 — Clarify your work/study goal
We identify a realistic next step (e.g., “attend a short course 2 days/week” or “job-ready routine”).

Step 2 — Map your barriers and strengths
We understand what gets in the way (overwhelm, anxiety, executive functioning, communication, sensory needs, environment).
Step 3 — Build a practical plan
Clear strategies that work in real life (home, community, workplace/education settings).
Step 4 — Implement and adjust
We track what’s working, refine strategies, and support consistency with your team.

Step 5 — Ongoing support through your journey
As your confidence and circumstances change, we stay alongside you — updating strategies, coordinating supports, and helping you step up goals over time (new routines, increased participation, starting or sustaining work/study, and navigating setbacks without losing momentum).
