NDIS Employment & Education Support in Greater Newcastle

We help NDIS participants build the practical skills that make work and study achievable — routines, confidence, communication, emotional regulation and independence — supported by allied health and support coordination.

Who this is for?

This support suits NDIS Participants who want to:

  • Start work, return to work, or increase hours safely

  • Begin or re-engage with education (TAFE, uni, training, short courses)

  • Build the foundations first (routine, motivation, anxiety management, social confidence)

  • Improve attendance, punctuality, task completion, or communication at work/study

  • Reduce overwhelm, shutdowns, or avoidance that blocks participation

What we focus on

  • Routine & consistency:
sleep/wake cycles, planning, time management, habits

  • Emotional regulation:
coping skills, stress tolerance, recovery plans

  • Communication:
self-advocacy, asking for help, feedback tolerance, social skills

  • Executive functioning:
    initiation, organisation, follow-through, problem solving

  • Confidence & community participation:
    travel practice, public spaces, independence

  • Safety & stability:
reducing distress behaviours through skill development

How support works

Step 1 — Clarify your work/study goal
We identify a realistic next step (e.g., “attend a short course 2 days/week” or “job-ready routine”).

Step 2 — Map your barriers and strengths
We understand what gets in the way (overwhelm, anxiety, executive functioning, communication, sensory needs, environment).

Step 3 — Build a practical plan
Clear strategies that work in real life (home, community, workplace/education settings).

Step 4 — Implement and adjust
We track what’s working, refine strategies, and support consistency with your team.

Step 5 — Ongoing support through your journey
As your confidence and circumstances change, we stay alongside you — updating strategies, coordinating supports, and helping you step up goals over time (new routines, increased participation, starting or sustaining work/study, and navigating setbacks without losing momentum).
