Behaviour Support
Behaviour support helps identify why behaviours of concern happen and teaches safer, more effective skills to meet the same needs (e.g., communication, emotional regulation, coping, routines). We focus on improving quality of life — not “controlling behaviour”.
How We Help You
Community Participation
We build practical skills for routines, transitions, emotional regulation, communication, and coping — so community access feels safer and more manageable (shopping, appointments, social activities, public spaces).
Employment
Support with workplace coping strategies, predictable routines, task initiation, managing feedback, anxiety/stress plans, and communication tools — to build reliability, confidence, and sustainable participation in work or volunteering.
Education
Strategies for attending and engaging in classes/training, managing overwhelm, asking for help, staying organised, and building independence — so study goals become realistic and achievable.
