Support Coordination

Support Coordination helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan by connecting you with the right services, building your capacity to manage supports, and making sure everything works together. A Support Coordinator helps you navigate providers, service agreements, budgets, and problem-solving when things change or break down.

Community Participation

Link you with local programs, transport and community services, and supports you to set up reliable routines and staffing to get out and about.

Employment

Connect you with employment supports (e.g., DES, training providers, allied health), help organise the right capacity-building services, and coordinates progress toward work goals.

Education

Help you find and coordinate study supports (tutoring, assistive tech, allied health), organise reasonable adjustments, and set up services that keep you engaged in learning.
