Specialist Support Coordination
Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of coordination for people with more complex needs or higher risk, where supports may involve multiple systems (e.g., health, housing, justice, child protection) and can break down without intensive oversight. A Specialist Support Coordinator helps stabilise situations, reduce risk, and coordinate services so your supports are safe, consistent, and working toward your goals.
