Helps you use your plan well, set up the right providers, and keep everyone aligned to the employment/education goal.

Q: Do you accept NDIS participants?
A: Yes. We support NDIS participants in Greater Newcastle. Self-managed and plan-managed participants can start straight away. If you’re NDIA-managed, contact us and we’ll confirm next steps.

Q: How do I make a referral as a Support Coordinator?
A: Use our referral form and include the participant’s goals, plan management type, preferred contact times, and any risk or communication needs. We’ll respond with intake steps and availability.

Q: What services do you offer?
A: Psychology, counselling, OT, speech pathology, social work, psychosocial recovery coaching, support coordination and specialist support coordination.
Q: Do you help with work and education goals?
A: Yes. We focus on practical strategies that support confidence, routine, regulation, communication, and independence — which often builds the foundation for work readiness or study participation.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re based in Warner's Bay area and support clients across the Newcastle/Hunter region.
